13. Refund Policy

a. Business Coaching, Online Courses, Digital Products, Website Design and Development, Online Business Management, Project Management and Virtual Assistant Services.

Refunds for Balanced Life Virtual Assistance’s services are subject to the following conditions:

a. Digital Product & Online Course Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital products and services, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the purchase has been made. If you have any issues or concerns, please email us at admin@blvirtualassistance.com

b. Business Coaching, Web Design & Development, Online Business Management, Project Management & Virtual Assistant Services (this includes any tailored one on one or group support services): By purchasing any of our customised group or one on one services, you are committing to complete all payments due. No refunds will be given and full payment is required for any outstanding amounts in accordance to the payment plan you select (pay in full – immediately; payment plans as per the plan specification ie. monthly, quarterly).

If an outstanding payment is 30 days or more overdue, we will cease all services and this agreement will be placed “on hold” until you have paid the total amount owed (including administrative fees).

Consumer Guarantees

We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:

• providing the services again; or
• if we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, providing you with a refund for the specific services supplied to you.

c. Exceptions

Balanced Life Virtual Assistance reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy in cases of extenuating circumstances, as determined solely by Balanced Life Virtual Assistance.
